Question : three days ago felt like I had a foreign object in my eye I spent time at something to remove it used eyedrops and Q-Tip later same day an unknown mixture of food and various waste Splash directly in eye. next day eyeball uncomfortable upon examination I noticed a spot looked somewhat similar to a bubble yellowish perhaps like a scab on the cornea also appeared that my cornea could move as if it had a fold or wrinkle Continue to discomfort and severe headaches yesterday dust and cat hair went into eye I do have an allergy more discomfort perhaps an hour later I was extremely red and had a blood spots as well as the appearance of the cornea being detached and moving around flushed eye with eye drops eyeball started to swell developed bubble appearance flashes of light visible in peripheral also a yellow discharge building up Continue discomfort unexplained severe headaches

Your symptoms seem to be related to an eye infection. It can be a bacterial or viral infection but due to the fact that you have yellow discharge, I think it is a bacterial infection.

Some advice that I can give to you are :

-avoid touching the eye area
-wash your hands frequently
-if the infection is bacterial you may need to take a prescribed antibiotic and topical antibiotic eyedrops. You should discuss with your doctor about this treatment.

-Meanwhile, continue using artificial eyedrops.
-also, warm compresses can help.
-for the headache, you can take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 7 days.

No doctor is available for me. I will try to make an appointment but the days off work are very difficult and I use public health care so the health department rarely makes appointments that are not several weeks in the future. I was very fortunate to possess ofloxacin and used a few times yesterday, left it in hot car today and I am devastated because I'm under the impression that the medication is sensitive to heat. I do not know what to do I'm using it anyway. Is there a way to get a prescription online or it's a highway medication replaced in this type of circumstance
