Question : I'm having severe abdominal pain after my 5 round of iron infusion is this normal? If so what can I do at home to ease the pain?

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed the information fully. This is not a common side effect or adverse reaction following iron infusion. I will recommend that you drink much water and take tylenol 1000mg for review. If this pain persists, I will recommend you seek medical consultation tomorrow tomorrow in the early hours of the morning.

In all, this pain is unlikely to be related to iron infusion. However, I recommend increased fluid intake and tylenol for review. If persistence, I recommend a doctor's visit in the morning.
