Brief Answer:
Blood test for culture sensitivity and viral marker test

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Atypical lymphocytes 0.3 means you are suffering from viral or bacterial infection.

Would advise you to do a blood culture test and viral marker test.

A week of antibiotics can also help.

Increasing the intake of citrus fruits such as lemon, oranges and lime can be helpful.

These citrus fruits are loaded with Vitamin C concentration and thus contribute towards enhancing immunity and curing low atypical lymphocytes.
