Question : My Beta HCG is at 31000 and I am 5 and 1/2 Week. In ultrasound doc saw the egg sack but no fetal pole. Is there something to worry?
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your beta HCG levels are rising well. It is suggestive of a viable pregnancy. At 5 1/2 weeks it is sometimes difficult to visualize fetal poles or a cardiac activity. A repeat ultrasound scan after 10 days will help in detecting the normal cardiac activity.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
