Question : I'm on microgynon 30, I started my 7 day break on Tuesday and usually get my period on friday. It's Friday now and still no sign of my period.. I'm scared. I have been sexually active but I have been taking my pill regularly...

Please don't be worried, it sometimes happen that a day more may occur to start the bleed, so please wait. If you have been regular with your pills and didn't get any spotting or inter menstrual bleed during the cycle then you are safe and not likely to be pregnant at all. So please wait for the menses to start in next 2-3 days.
