What Does Absence Of Ovulation Despite Taking Clomid Indicate?

Question: Started with 50 mg clomid- no ovulation
Next cycle 100 mg clomid + fsh 75 (2 injections)+ hmg 75 (3 injections)+ hmg 150(5 injections) - no ovulation...
What next...
Doctor I m very scared..I was always regular I periods. Why is this happening??
My body is not responding to anything..please suggest something..

Please do Serum FSH, LH, AMH.

These tests will help me to understand further.

I ll surely go through these tests..m 26 yrs old, 63 kg and 5'3''...
On fsh and hmg injections, I was continuously spotting and then started to bleed on day 12 till today day 17..it is light to normal and very sticky flow..
Should I consider it my period..or should I wait for my actual period estimated on day 28...today on day 17 follicular study shown a follicle of size 11mm.. endometrium lining is very thin which was 10mm on day 13..
How to proceed now..please suggest..

Bleeding pattern in this cycle has been abnormal and unexpected. You don't need to take any treatment this cycle as endometrium won't support.

Skip this cycle and start treatment afresh after next periods.
