Brief Answer:
Slightly elevated liver enzymes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. SGOT is almost normal but SGPT is elevated. You should better avoid alcohol and take hepatoprotectors in such condition. You should also get an ultrasound of liver to find the exact status of liver.

It will be reversible as your enzymes are not elevated much. But you should absolutely refrain from alcohol. Drugs like silymarin will be helpful also. Take citrus fruits which is also good. A consultation with a gastro-enterologist is well appreciated.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
