Question : Dear Sir/Madam,
We recently hsad blood checkup for my sister attached the reports for the same.
My Sister is not having any thyroid problem but in results of TSH is out of range.
Could you please let us know if we need to perform any other additional test to rule out Thyroid .
She is also not having any symptoms of Thyroid could you please let us know if any symptoms to watch out for thyroid

i have gone through the reports, TSH is bordeline or subclinical, Vitamin D is low.
kindly let me know, is there a family history of thyroid dysfunction? what is her BMI?
kindly check her anti TPO antibody levels and let me know.

No family history of Thyroid.Doctor prescribed Vitiman B12 tablets and vitiman d sachets once a week Her BMI Is around 26-27 As suggested will do anti TPO test will share the results. Wanted to confirm if this test should be done on fastening ?

fasting is not required for the test.

Dear sir, as there is no family history, most likely it is weight related problem. as you have reported, BMI 26 - 27 is high for all.
kindly do the anti TPO test, it can be done anytime, non fasting state. also do focus on weight loss plan.
