What Does An Elbow Pain Indicate As Per The Attached MRI Reports?

I have a serious Query for which I need your expert advice.
Problem : I had a hit with a bicycle 23 days back, earlier had pain in the elbow so got the elbow MRI done but my pain has aggravated now and got the MRI for shoulder done. Can you please look into the attached reports and advise me what has happend is there a fracture or any tear or something else
Mild inflammation likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached images of shoulder MRI scan. There is no gross fracture and tear in the images attached. There can be a mild inflammation and thickening of the capsule at some places which can cause the pain in the shoulder. Regular physiotherapy hot compress and oral muscle relaxants can help.
Do attach the radiologist's report for a better evaluation.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Surgery is needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The attached report suggests a complete tear of supraspinatous tendon with retraction. This cannot be treated with medicines or physiotherapy. This needs a surgical repair of the tendon. Hot water bag can be used till then for pain relief. Do avoid all the painful activities.
Hope my answer is helpful.
