Brief Answer:
may indicate fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It may be seen in healthy people so this is not some worrying finding if there are no focal lesions in liver and no signs of chirrhosis then enlargement and low density may sometimes suggest fatty liver changes which is seen in people who are overweight, taking too much alcohol and certain drugs. However, for exact diagnosis you need to check liver enzymes and do more specific imaging tests, If liver enzymes are fine, there is no need to be worried and no required treatment. If there are pathologic liver enzymes then you need to rule out viral hepaitits and autoimmune liver diseases. WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
