Question: hello doctor I am 22 years old I have doubts related to penis I have started masturbation at age16 I did little experments at age 19 I read in a blog that doing masturbation with one hand effects the shape or curve so i felt if i changed shape by masturbation why can't i change it so i pressed while masturbating such that it looks straight i have also tried penis enlargement exercise by holding penis by two fingers i didn't felt any thing wrong then but i stopped masturbation as people used to say that my voice is low..not that enthusiastic but at that time i was also feeling that my body posture was not good about pelvic tilt(forword not backword) and i used to keep my penis towords left involtaryly while flacid..but i don't know why...my erections are towords that side but i kept it downwords in my underwear as i find a fungal infection...this was little uncomfortable and but i felt ok but when i was getting out of bus i felt something wrong and i lost the feel there...lost tightness i used to feel always...so i checked whether i'm getting erections or not...i was really gone stupid.....but later i told my parents and they took me to urologist he checked by wearing gloves and touching and said everything is ok so i felt happy but while saying the things i depicted myself as a sinner and i stopped masturbating ....this was stupidity but i have gone stupid due to religious influences...i lost 2 academic years n interest on my subject electronics and communication engineering i have observed veins on my penis which i haven't seen before i did these things they are very light and i have also saw a prominent vein on top..i can't understand whether these thinngs are normal or what i did caused these veins visible they are less visible when i wake up thanday n night and did changing the side you kept your flaccid penis had any impact sry for too long story...plz clear my doubts

Penile size and shape is determined by genetics and changing it is actually a myth. The engorged veins on the penis are normal too and nothing to be concerned about. Thank you sir and I had said that I tried change my posture and kept my flaccid penis downwards rather than sidewards....at that moment one day I suddenly lost tightness over there....now I'm getting erections but that libido is not back... I even have psychological issue....I went mad when I had said it to my parents... I dipicted myself as a sinner.... But realised everything later ...is this just psychological or any physical ....I can't understand .. Losing libido

Thanks for writing back. Let me assure you that the positioning of your penis within the underpandts has nothing to do with your libido. You can relax. I assume that you are not yet married. In such a case, you would be actually able to sense your libido only after you form a relationship and develop a psychological attachment.
