Brief Answer:
Acute Cystitis?

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

As per your clinical symptoms, you seem to have acquired urinary tract infection during the sexual intercourse.

This is quite common in females inspite of having protected sex.

This burning sensation likely represents to be urinary bladder infection called Cystitis.

Simple oral antibiotics like Cefpodoxime CV 200 mg twice a day for 5 days when taken under strict medical prescription is all that is enough.

A complete urine examination is often helpful

Drink 3-4 liters of water until the infection has resolved.

Cranberry juice will help to prevent such infections when taken immediately post intercourse.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
