Brief Answer:
Some feedback. Continue antenatal care.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

First of all do not panic.
I have gone through your reports.
Everything is fine as per the period of pregnancy.

At this stage of pregnancy, placental attachment with the wall of the uterus is relatively lower placed.
If you do not have any other symptoms then you need not worry about it.

I would like to know about few things in detail.
This will help me to suggest you better treatment options.
1. Do you have any symptoms like abdominal pain and or vaginal bleeding during the pregnancy?
2. Is this your first pregnancy?
3. If you were pregnant before, what was the outcome of previous pregnancy?

I will suggest you to take care of yourself.
Do not over exert.
Avoid jerky movements.
Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime
Start on Iron, Calcium, protein supplements on regular basis, along with multivitamins and multimineral supplements.
Please report to your healthcare provider if you have any kind of abdominal discomfort or bleeding or blood stained vaginal discharge.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to communicate with me again. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Rest. Repeat USG. Keep watch on painless bleeding.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have read your reply. It's of great help to suggest you the best possible treatment options.

I will suggest you to take rest.
Repeat USG after 6 weeks.
Many times location of placenta shifts away from lower segment and internal is, due to stretching of uterus as the baby keeps growing.

Please avoid jerky movements and unnecessary traveling.
Keep watch on painless, fresh bleeding from vagina.
If you notice it, please report to your healthcare center.
Otherwise low lying placenta should not cause any other issues.

I hope this answer helps you. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Placenta will migrate in later pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As such, placental edge is 3.5 cm away from internal os. in later weeks of pregnancy, if placental edge shows migration even beyond 1.5 cm; then there will be no risk of low lying placenta.
In my opinion, you need not worry about it at present. Placenta is quite away from internal os, and will migrate away eventually.

May God bless you with a bundle of joy! I hope this answer helps you. Thanks.
