Question : Hi. I had a surgical abortion 18 days ago, and everything was super successful. All my pregnancy symptoms have disappeared but today I started having lower back pain. I think I am just being super paranoid, but does this mean that it failed? I have no other symptoms, have not had sex since I found out I was pregnant, so I don't know what it could be. I also received a depo process shot in the day of my surgery. Please help me as I also suffer from severe anxiety and this is driving me crazy.

Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Back pain can be due to various other causes like back muscles strain , disc problems etc.
It is not at all a specific symptom of pregnancy.
If all symptoms of pregnancy have disappeared, then there are absolutely no chance of pregnancy.
I will suggest you to get an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis, if this thing is worrying you.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
