on more than one occasion
3. 75 gm oral glucose load test
so as per fasting 104 you are not diabetic . but to confirm you need to undergo 75 gm glucose load test. (OGTT)

what all i can do to prevent complications of metabolic syndrome.i have started jogging for 2 kms and gym for 15 mins. what foods should i avoid like rice etc.
