Question : Hi, I am getting blood in my salvia that too only in the evening every day around 6:30 pm, and only once per day. what is reason.and i was told i have high blood pressure

Gum bleeding is most likely not related to hypertension. There can be other causes which can be ascertained only by a physical examination. However the most likely possibility could be infection of gums.
