well,in most cases this happen due to urinary infection or passed urinary stone. so these should be ruled out first. another common cause us prostate hyperplasia or prostatitis so to rule all these out you should do urine analysis and ultrasound. more serious condition such as prostate or bladdder tumor are not first thing to think of but in case of permanent symptoms these should be excluded as well. till that, drink more fluids.raspberry tea and avoid sexual intercourse for few days. wish you good health.regards
