Brief Answer:

Endoscopic Examination aand Biopsy will confirm the diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted few drops of blood that your brother is passing in urine and the report of CT Scan finding suggests it to be due to mostly inflammatory process in the bladder (Cystitis).

However, the final diagnosis can be confirmed only by biopsy and histopathological findings.

Do not worry both these conditions can be treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

Your Urologist has followed the right approach by a resecting tumour.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The primary aim in treating any a tumour in the bladder is to resect a tumour and send it for histopathological examination which reveals whether a tumour is benign or malignant.

The further treatment depends upon the nature of tumor ,grade of the tumor, whether it is confined to bladder mucosa or invaded bladder muscles or surrounding structure .All these facts will be revealed in Histopathological report.

As regards urine mixed with blood it is normal to have bled stained urine for 3-4 days after resecting any tumor .It will go away within 4-5 days.

Await for HP report and do write if you need any suggestions. Calm down yourself. Believe that no one can change the situation that your brother is going through.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

hopefully by monday he will be discharge. Dr what will you suggest for a diet in this case?

and that picture which they made in that report does that have anything to do with this situation? can you tell me anything if you know about that picture
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. P. T. Patil (27 minutes later)
Brief Answer:

The picture is a diagrammatic representation of the size of a tumour.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

We always draw a picture of a tumour seen during the endoscopic examination so that we can recollect the size and extent of a tumour That is the routine practice followed by all surgeons or Urologist.

There is no conclusion to be drawn from the picture nor it signifies any relevance.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
