Brief Answer:
Trauma-related most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello There! Thank you for using HealthcareMagic,
I have gone through your question.

If the blood is after intercourse or masturbation may be related to trauma (hard sexual activity) during these activities.

However, I would suggest to go ahead and have a urine routine and microscopy test to rule out any possible urinary tract infection, stones or prostate problems.

Hope the answer is helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take Care!
Dr Balliu.
