Brief Answer:
Thanks for the piscture!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for following up with me.
I have taken a look at the picture. Unfortunately, it is just so difficult to see the
rash. I can however see the area of discoloration/
depigmentation. This is no surprise as your doctor prescribed a
steroid cream that basically does this. This is the same product that blacks used when then want their skin color to become lighter. I will strongly recommend that you stop this drug.
At this time, I will suggest that you allow the rash without applying any medication to it. Always strive to keep it clean, dry and airy and let's see what it turns out to be. Your sexual history makes it very less likely for this to have been caused by an infection. IF you had reported itches, I could have leaned towards a
fungal infection but that is not the case right now.
I may tend to suspect some of the lube you had used for
masturbation for causing some form of
allergic reaction here. Let's give ourselves sometime of not manipulating the rash, no application of any cream, keeping it cleaned and dry and no masturbation for about two weeks to see exactly what we come forth with. This would provide more information as to what the possible cause of this is.
I am aware that you are only allowed to talk up to the 12th of this month. Would like you to update me shortly before your time expires and if need be you may want to keep the communication line open for more contribution.
I wish you well. Looking forward to the updates. If you should however have any concerns in the meantime, I will suggest that you get to me. Addressing your query is a pleasure to me and always hope it makes a positive contribution to the care of our clients.
