Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This burning in upper stomach is very common in pregnancy as there is always some element of gastritis.
So just avoid spicy and fried food and avoid excessive tea coffee intake.
In general if burning is excessive then take cold milk and also can take antacid syrups like Digene.
