Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it can normal tissue fluid but if it's oozing in large amount it needs to be reviewed to rule out local infection or inflammation.

It's better to use local antibiotics creams and oral anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen. In abscence of gross pus or redness or swelling, oral antibiotics may not be needed at this point however it should also be reviewed by your doctor for any need of stitches as if cuts are larger or apart it may need to be stitched to have clean and rapid healing.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
