Brief Answer:
secretory otitis media

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, you might be having a infection of the outer and middle ear. The clear watery discharge is the serous fluid from middle ear. Swollen ears suggests the infection of outer ear cartilage also. If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed penicillin antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol 500 mg + diclofenac 50 mg combination drugs twice daily for 5 days. Antibiotics ear drops may be helpful. Most of them are prescription medicines, hence Emperically you can take anti inflammatory medicines which are available over the counter. But I woukd suggest you to consult with the doctor and get evaluated properly. Keep ear dry. Avoid putting anything inside the ear. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
