What Does Clear Pelvic Sonography Post Abortion Indicate?

Question: Hello doctor,
I conceived in august. Then I had a home pregnancy test. It was positive. So I consulted to a doctor. From there she also declared that m pregnant, but me and my husband didn't want the baby so early of our marriage. So in first month of my pregnancy I had the abortion. And next day my periods came. Doctor suggest me that that once your periods will finish. You go and have a pelvic Sonography.and then show me the report just for safe side. I followed the instructions and went for Sonography. The report said that no sign of pregnancy. And it's clear. This statement was said by the. Person who did my sonography. But I didn't go to the doctor. And haven't shown my report to her. And when my period finished we also had sex once. And after one or two days I again did the home pregnancy test and it was negative. Now it's been 2 and a half month after abortion. I am having my periods regularly. Please clear my confusion that I am not pregnant. Is every thing normal..

Feeling quite assured by your that I am not having any sign of pregnancy.. Is there any precautions I should take after the abortion..is it safe to get abortion. I mean near future we will surly want to plan for a baby..

If you are not planning for a baby soon, it is better to use contraception as repeated abortions are not safe.
