Brief Answer:
Lymph node status

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I can understand your concern if you get a call for further investigations.

The Colonoscopy would have revealed something, may be an ulcer or a mass , and may be they want to confirm the lymph node status and associated findings of liver, ascitis and so.

What is the report of the biopsy if already done?
Do you have a colonoscopy report?
