Question : Every night, rather all the time I have constant pain in my calf muscle. At night I feel as if my calf are tight and have deep pain from inside.

I am 27 male. And facing this problem since childhood.

Massaging gives temporary relief and pleasure.

Also when I try to stretch in the morning, the portion which pains feels stretched.

Not to worry. Let me help you out.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thank you for posting your question.
I have gone through the post . I can understand your concern.

Calf pain for a long time can be due to
- overuse of the muscles
- Deep vein thrombosis
- peripheral arterial disease
- venous insufficiency
- some electrolyte disturbance
- Fibromyalgia( chronic pain syndrome)
to name a few causes

Let me ask you a few questions.
1. DO you strain your calf muscles for a long time , like professionally being involved in sports?
2. Is there any redness around the area of pain?

I would suggest you to -

- not to worry
- Get a blood glucose and blood pressure check done.
- Get a lipid profile done to look for atherosclerosis risk factors.
- Get a lower limb Doppler done to check for arterial and venous flow.
- Apply dry heat compress and ointment mylaxin D.

Visit a clinician . He/she can examine and correlate clinically.

Hope this helps.
