Brief Answer:
ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam thanks for trusting health care magic.
This is all due to the effect of ipill and will be fine soon.
Actually you have disturbed normal hormonal mileau of your body by taking ipill within two days of periods which has thus deranged the hormone levels.
Get a transvaginal ultrasound to see for the status of the ovaries and presence of ovarian cyst which is a common reason for such a deranged periods.
If everything is fine then start a pill pack of oral contraceptive pills like XXXXXXX or crisanta LS after consulting your doctor.
Taking these pills will help to synchronize your hormones with endometrium thickness and thus on leaving the pills (after 21 days) you will get your normal periods.
This will also have contraceptive benefits.
And in case you will be comfortable you can continue the pills every month so that you will not need ipill intake either.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
no chance of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
No dear, no chance to get pregnant by coitus just after finishing periods because there is no egg at that time to form a baby.
There is no point in waiting for periods after stopping systron for around a month.
Get the ultrasound and let me know the reports.
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
wait for a couple of days

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, as per your revised history there is nothing to worry as it takes about 2-7 days for periods for periods to come.
No need to get ultrasound or worry as yet and just wait for your periods which will come in a couple of days.
Take care
