Brief Answer:

My suggestion.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern towards your MRI findings.

But, let me know about your symptoms so that I can give you a better suggestion.

These findings can be seen in elderly people without any problem or conditions like stroke, or psychiatric problem.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
