Water pills are the culprits.
Detailed Answer:
Thank your asking
i read your question and i understand your concern. These so called " water pills" are basically a diuretics and we all know diuretics are notorious to bug the urinary tract system. These recent episodes of urgency and frequency and hesitancy are all due to this bad and unnatural way to lose weight.
Just drink plenty of fluids, get a routine urine exam and keep an eye over electrolytes especially potassium, take some cranberry juices with garlic intake increase.
Apart from it losing weight by natural means like 2 glasses of cold water before every meal, low carbohydrates high protein diet and exercises are the best way to lose weight. Remember slow and steayd wins the race.
Take some anti spasmodics for the bladder pain relief and signs. Urine assessment and if need be an ultrasound for the urinary tract and pelvicaliceal system of kidneys need to be assessed as sometimes a small stones may present this way and we all know trying to lose weight with these diuretic pills make the odds of that more likely too.
i hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
