Brief Answer:
No significant abnormality

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms,

In your echo report there are trivial mitral and tricuspidal regurgitations, which is seen about 60-80% of healthy adults and is normal finding.
Mildly thichened mitral valve without significant regurgitation is not abnormal finding.

Lab results - low HDL levels can be as a risk factor after age of 50, when there are high LDL cholesterol levels, but in your age with mormal LDL and total cholesterol levels, it is not significant, and it is not abnormal.

Hope I could help you

Brief Answer:
Not caused by the results of your examinations

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

The most probable cause of your chest pain is costochondritis or some muscle or joint problems.

For determining the cause of leg swelling I would advise you to undergo lower limb duplex ultrasound.

Non of the results in your report can cause such complaints.

Wising you good health
