Question : I have an elevated CA-125. Around 45 instead of 34. What tests should I ask for?

Hello dear. I have gone through your question. First of all i would like to know why this test was done? I mean did you have any symptoms.
The significance of mildly elevated CA 125 in the absence of any definite evidence of mass lesion on imaging(ultrasound, mri abdomen or ct scan) does not carry any meaning. So if have already undergone a imaging test which is normal then rest assured. You do not require any test.
More over mild elevation of CA 125 can be sen in a variety of benign abdominal conditions and also sometimes normally.
