                                    Brief Answer:
Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I can understand your concern here.
Endometrial thickness measurments are very important at your age.
At your age 9 mm thickness is considered as thick endometrium but before giving my opinion about it I would like to ask a few questions from you.
Are you postmenopausal?
Are you having vaginal bleedin?
Can you upload your scan report?
Have you done any other investigation?
Please revert back to me with my answers, so I will be able to give a better opinion.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Regards

Need evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,
Nice to hear from you once again.
At your age 9 mm endometrial thickness considered to be high ( < 5 mm considered normal) as you are having occasional bleeding also.
Hence you should consult a Gynaecologist and get yourself examined and repeat ultrasound scans, pap smear and endometrial biopsy test should be done to rule out the below mentioned causes.
Because at your age other than fibroid, polyp, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer and endometrial hyperplasia may cause increased endometrial thickness and vaginal bleeding.
So please revert back to us with your reports.
Good luck.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
You should go for endometrial biopsy and hysteroscopy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience but previously it was not showing on my desktop.
I have gone through your report and there is fibroids and increased thickness of endometrium.
I would suggest you to go for endometrial biopsy and hysteroscopy to rule out causes which we discuss previously.
Thickness can be due to fibroids also.
Hope it is useful.
Regards
