Brief Answer: It is time for health check up Detailed Answer: Hi, I see a lot of people in mid thirties with fasting blood sugars in diabetic range (>125mg/dl). In such a case I order the complete health check to check for other problems like trigylcerides, cholesterol, high waist to hip ratio and blood pressure. This helps me rule out metabolic syndrome. Regarding the diet a very specific advice is not possible without knowing. I suggest a generalized diet like below and refer to a dietitian who are experts. Avoid anything that is processed (which have long shelf life) Eat close to nature like veg and fruits Whole grains and fish can be main staple food. Work to improve your activity to at least 3 hours a week. Hope this helps.
