Brief Answer:
Fasting and PP blood glucose within normal limits

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The fasting blood glucose levels of 97 mg/dl and post-prandial blood glucose of 151 mg/dl is well within normal limits.
In case you are a diabetic, I suggest you to get glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1c) levels done every 3 months.
This investigation assesses the blood glucose control over past 3 months.

Brief Answer:
HDL slightly low, all other values normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The complete hemogram is within normal limits.
The urine report is also within normal limits.
Presence of few white blood cells is of no consequence.
Presence of few bacteria appear to be due to contamination.
The lipid profile is also normal.
HDL cholesterol is slightly.
Its levels should be above 40.
You can increase HDL levels by taking high omega 3 fatty acids found in fish, walnuts and flax seeds.

Anxiety can have deleterius effect on body and blood glucose.
You can avoid anxiety by relaxing and exercsing.
If the problem is severe, you can consult your primary healthcare provider for medication.

The reason i got all teh above tests is, from few days i am getting increased urination at night and also at time during day time.

Every time i urinate at night , i drink one glass of water and i again feel like going to washroom after an hour. So I presume that because of AC and temperature i am getting the urge. At times there is burning sensation but most of the times i dont feel.

Sometimes i have the feeling immediately after I pass my urine aslo. I am not sure why.

Last night it was normal. I got my glucomter test done after dinner and i was hapy to see 110 after 1 hour.
When i think of urination, i get more urination. I am not sure why. In the month of August i had same symptoms, i got my serum creatnine, CBP , fasting and CUE test done. All were normal.

Please suggest what should i do.Please suggest what shoud i do or i need not worry.

Brief Answer:
Urine esterase test to look for UTI required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Burning sensation during urination and increased frequency of urination suggests urinary tract infection (UTI).
Urine examination shows presence of few white blood cells and few bacteria.
These findings suggest an UTI, however, the number is not very large.
I suggest you to get esterase level in urine.
Esterase test is quite specific for bacteria.
Increased urge to urinate can occur in UTI.
Thus, get urine microscopy and esterase again.
If positive get an antibiotic treatment.
If urinary symptoms still persist other causes have to be looked for.
