What Does Fatigue And Infection On Foreskin After Protected Intercourse Suggest?

Question: So five days ago I had protected sex with a woman that I met for the first time. Since I had a bit to drink prior, I couldn’t get off with the condom, so I removed it (to notice her period had lightly began), and had her finish me with oral sex. Her teeth rubbed me a bit, but not enough to ruin the experience. While orally pleasing me, she touched herself, then my penis, to include the pee hole and even rubbed the prostate a bit.

The next morning, we engaged in some more oral for me (without a condom) as she alternated between touching herself and me. I will point out that she was also providing hand pleasure for me, with no lubricant. It hurt at times, especially around the foreskin and head.

Later that day my penis hurt a bit and my public area was a little itchy. Assuming it was a result of the rough play (her teeth and rough hand service), I figured it was nothing.

The next day I felt ill. My nose was running and I was very fatigued. When I would remove congestion by choking it up, it was a dark yellow color.

Three days after the episode I was maturating and realized the skin on the head of my penis and foreskin was completely dry and peeling off like a snake skin. Again, assuming this was the result of the previous rough play, I didn’t think much of it.

Now, it is five days later, and I have discovered some little red bumps. They are about the size of a pencil point. One is on the shaft, two are under the head on the foreskin and one on the foreskin on the other side. I also see two in my public hair.

From what I have researched online and has my heart pounding is: herpes? It has only been a few days so I hope it’s a bad coincidence, but based on what I read and the fact that I believe this woman is rather promiscuous (for reasons I will keep to myself), I think it could be possible.

While I intend to wait a week or so and get a full panel STD test, I am freaking out right now. Does this sound like herpes?

Since the skin peeled and spots appeared my penis head has been retracted into the foreskin which seems swollen for a good part of the day.

Brief Answer:
You have developed infection of the foreskin and glans penis .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acquired infection of the glans penis and skin(Balano-Prostatitis)due to rough ,vigorous oral sex.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have itching around glans penis ?
2) Do you have any urethral discharge?
3)Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning ,painful urination etc?

Oral cavity is full of multiple bacterial flora hence there are high chances of getting infection of the genitals after oral sex.

As regards your doubt about acquiring Herpes 2 infection it is too early to get it as the incubation period to acquire Herpes infection is one week. However you can get swab test of a urethral discharge done to rule out the same .It will help to allay your anxiety.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thank you doctor. To answer your questions
1. There was some itching on the public hair area the day after and on occasion. There is more of a achy pain on my foreskin area.
2. No discharge
3. I seem to be urinaring more frequently but no pain.

Would this account for the red bumps? What about the flu-like symptoms I experienced two days after the encounter?

Thank you!
