The pain is intense and it extends from my back to my flank area. I feel fine when I wake up but the pain gets worse as the day goes. I have a little nausea, especially after meals, but not too bad. There is no alteration in my urination and the pain increases when i lift things and bend over. I am a white male 52 years old. Hope this helps!
