What Does Fluid Discharge From The Anal Area Indicate?

Question: Hey, this is embarrassing, but I'm really concerned about this. When I masturbate I notice that this fluid runs down my legs. I wonder if it could be perspiration, but it seems too much and localized to be perspiration. So I wonder what it is. It smells like its coming from my anus and the fluid is localized at the anus. What is this and what should I do about it?

Hey! Thank you! I think that the fluid really comes a few minutes in to masturbation. I don't itch on my anus during this time, but I do itch there at times during the day.

Could a mild fungal infection cause this anal perspiration? Does everyone sweat down there and should I worry about smelling bad because of it?

To further clarify my last question, I believe I sweat down in the anal region regularly just doing about anything. Do I need to worry about smelling bad from it?

You need not worry about the sweating there. Everyone does- some more some less.
Smell maybe due to the mild fungal infection or could be part of your body odour.
If it is fungal infection then what I had told you earlier should help.
You could also start having Tab Fluconzaole 150mg once a day for 5 days and it would help.
