You have UTI .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Frequent urge to pass urine is mostly due to Urinary Tract Infection (U.T.I.).
Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

its happening from quite a long time. (7 months )
that time the family physician suggested to test for UTI... but reports were negative for UTI.
can there be another causes for this ?
and can the medicines you suggested can help me provide atleast a temporary resolution so that i can sleep properly until the cause is diagnosed?.
thanks a lot for your time
Send reports of previous tests .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
This is unlikely to be due to any other cause unless proved otherwise be due to anything else .Second common cause is anxiety I would appreciate if you send reports of previous tests.
In the mean while start taking drugs which I have suggested for a week and observe for any improvement
You may take flovoxate twice daily .along with medicine which I have suggested earlier .
Thanks and Regards.
