Brief Answer:
may be the caffeine

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Uniflu contains caffeine, a decongestant, antihistamine , paracetamol and vitamin c.

Caffeine can increase urinary frequency so it is possible that this is causing the symptom that you are experiencing. If the symptoms resolve with discontinuation then it is related to this medication.

If there is associated discomfort on urination or any change in appearance or odour of the urine ,however , an infection has to be ruled out by visiting your doctor.

An in office urine analysis would be done. If infection is confirmed then antibiotics would be needed for a few days

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
