Brief Answer:
Early kidney disease, please consult nephrologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
The kidney contains a parenchyma which consists of millions of nephrons which are the unit cells of kidney. The nephrons may get damages do to disease conditions when they underperform in their excretory function. This means the kidney is unable to filter out required toxins from impure blood. This is called renal parenchymal disease. This can vary in appearance when seen on ultrasound scan from early stage (grade 1) to late stage (grade 3).

You might have the early stage of kidney disease. This may be due to many reasons like
- bacterial infections
- Lupus
- high blood pressure
- kidney stones
- Diabetes
- high blood pressure
- autoimmune disorders
- obstructions

The cause can be known after discussing with a nephrologist and doing kidney function tests. You may need to follow certain instruction on diet and water intake. Treatment depends on diagnosis.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have doubts.

Brief Answer:
Early stage is most likely reverted

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Since it is probably in early stage, it can be reverted. You must discuss in detail with nephrologist and after doing other kidney function tests.

Hope your query is answered.
