Brief Answer:
Normal finding at your age.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ygr and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i assure you,it means, the prostate gland shows minimal growth.
In all males, the prostate gland below the bladder, starts it's very gradual growth, after 50 years age or thereabout.
With aging it's growth then causes minimal obstructive symptoms.
This is diagnosed by doing a digital rectal examination clinically, and then confirming with an ultrasound scan of abdomen and TRUS.(trans rectal ultrasound scan).
So, don't worry about this finding.
If you've any doubts, send your scan and reports done so far.
Wish you good health.
