The green coloration of urine is not due to taking I-pill. It can happen due to a urinary infection or due to something else that she would have eaten. Sometimes the artificial colors added in the food also cause such coloration. Just ask her to increase her fluid intake and in case the urine color returns to normal in a day or two then there is no need to worry.
