Hello,
If the whites of your eyes are looking pink or red, this may be from conjunctivitis (pink eye).
If you are having an upper respiratory or sinus infection, it may be related to that.
Depending on how long this has gone on and your other symptoms, and if you have any other ongoing health problems, you may need an antibiotic in the form of eye drops.
You can also try hot wet compresses. Stand over the sink, keep reheating a wash cloth with running water, and apply to your closed eye lids. Do this for several minutes at minimum 3 times per day.
