Brief Answer:
Unless other symptoms, this is ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Green nasal mucus can be from a viral infection (such as a "cold") or from allergies. It usually isn't a concern or need treatment with antibiotics unless you have a fever and there is pain or pressure in the sinuses that are lasting more than a couple of weeks or getting worse.

The green color is from white blood cells trying to clean up viruses or irritants in the mucus, and releasing iron which makes it look greenish.

You might want to try a saline nasal rinse - either via a nettipot or with a prepared saline nasal spray that you can get at a drug store or some grocery stores. Irrigating your sinuses once or twice a day may help this.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
