Cloudy urine is a sign of UTI.

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Unfortunately M,S.is progressive disease and never gets cured permanently

Thanks for follow up .

Unfortunately M.S is a disease that involves myelin sheath of white matter of the brain and of nerves and spinal cord . In spite of extensive research there is no treatment that can cure it permanently .

As regards Cefspan which is third generation Cephalosporin antibiotic that is being routinely prescribed for UTI. You can continue it and follow up with your Urologist .
