Question : Hi. I can hear my pulse in my ear especially at night when lying down. Am very scared if this is a brain thing.

The noise in the ear is tinnitus. Please tell me do you have any hearing difficulty? Any history of head injury or headache?

You should get a pure tone audiometry done and send me the report so that I can suggest you better.
