Go to the ER for internal examination and ultrasound.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
Have you had an ultrasound? What was the report?
Is the bleeding more than your menstrual bleeding?
Are you passing clots? Do you have pain abdomen? If so I am afraid it is not a good sign.
I suggest you go to the ER and get an internal examination done. Get an ultrasound done too. This will help us understand what exactly is happening.
I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama.

Hi,
I am afraid this is not a sign of healthy pregnancy.
The second HCG level should have shown increase of at least 60% compared to the first reading.
Wishing you good health

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Normally HCG level should increase by at least 60% every 48 hours. Increase from 11000 to 160000 is not sufficient.
I suggest you get an ultrasound done. That will clarify all the doubts.
I hope this is helpful.
I will be happy to answer any further concerns
best wishes,
Dr Rama
