Anti emetic will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

Persistent hiccups requires detailed evaluation and biochemical assessment to rule out medical cause for hiccup.

I would suggest you the following

1. Complete blood count

2. Renal function test including blood urea and Serum Creatinine level

3. Liver function test .

In the meantime I would suggest you the following which will help relieve hiccups

1. Glass of ice cold water

2. Anti emetic and gastric motility increasing drug like Metoclopromide will be helpful

3. Valsalva maneuver

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
