Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Your CA-125 level is increased,it is usually a indicator of ovarian cancer and can be used as a screening test.
In your case as you have previous history of fibroid removal and endometriosis, the level can be increased in these cases also.
As you are having leiomyosarcoma, level may be increased because of this also.
One time test value has no meaning because this is a protein and can be elevated in so many cases.
It's better to repeat the test and get your ultrasound pelvic to rule out reoccurance of enfometriosis and fibroid.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
