What Does High Serum Lipase With Biliary Dyskinesia Indicate?

Question : Hello, I was diagnosed with billiary dyskinesia since I was a teen. I would have pain on the right side of my abdomen mostly after fatty meals and learned to eat healthy within the time. In 2000 I was sent to the ER due to the severe stomach ache. After running variety of tests I was diagnosed with pancreatitis. I also had an ERCP done and it was negative. I was told that it could be my gallbladder but the doctors decided not to touch it as it did not have gallstones. Ten years later (2010) I was also in ER with pancreatitis. I had CT, MRCP tests done and they were negative. HIDA showed that I had low functioning gallbladder. My EUS showed no pancreas abnormalities but suggested mild gastroparesis. Last year (2013) my gallbladder was finally removed. I would say that I feel a bit better but still can not eat fatty or fried food. However, my most concern for now is my blood test: no matter when I have it (ten years ago, five years ago or now) my lipase level is 80 or 90. I wonder whether I have problems with my pancreas or it is normal? I would be thankful for any input as I am very scared about elevated lipase level.
